Description

Better Renames is a Fabric mod to quickly get CIT and CMD items in the anvil and the chat from selected resource packs.

Supported Formats

CIT - Custom Item Texture.
CMD - Custom Model Data.

Showcase CIT or Packs Menu

CIT or Packs Menu - In the middle you can see a list of item renamings, on the right you can see preview of your skin or your selected item (to change preview just use two buttons above), on the left there is a favorites panel, there you can store your favorite item renamings, at the top you can see tabs for different resource packs

CMD Menu - In the middle you can see a list of CMD item ids, on the right you can see preview of your selected item or your skin with it (to change it just use two buttons above), on the left there is a favorites panel, there you can store your favorite CMD item ids, at the top you can see tabs for different resource packs

Search

For better search you can also use tags: #item, #resourcepack, #enchantments, #damage, #count, #lore. After the tag you can write your stuff.

Also you can scroll your mouse to use autocompleter for tags like #item, #resourcepack, #enchantments. Example: #item scroll -> #item Diamond

Here you can see 3 examples of using tags for search, 1 picture shows an example with the tag "#item YOUR_STUFF", the second with the tag "#enchantment YOUR_STUFF", the third with the tag "#damage YOUR_STUFF"
